- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Lots of employees to pay so charges are going to be high. Took best friend in for help, kept him for 3 days then said I could pick him up. Was directed (just pointed down hall) into back kennel area where he was cowering in his litter-box mega stressed from the extreme loud dogs barking.(He was never around dogs before) He was covered in urine, feces and wet litter. This is how he was treated prior to being picked up. I took him home and cleaned him. Prior to leaving I HAD TO ASK where was the medication he was supposed to get? When I asked what the results of his stool testing was they just handed me a syringe of de-wormer and never show me the actual test. He did not have worms. I know what to look for and he was treated not long before this. He died soon after and yet these people are still demanding nearly $300 total and using hard collection techniques. I will never take an animal here again. He had this same problem once before, was treated by a different Vet at HALF the cost, He was treated better and so was I. Also made full fast recovery. Now I am alone and being harassed for collection while living on a tiny Veterans disability. Thanks for all the good treatment SWVC.February 26, 2017by Tony B
